PaddlSync

Built for recreational padel clubs

What PaddlSync does

PaddlSync is the home base for recreational padel clubs — manage your roster and invites, see who's coming before club night, score live sessions from your phone, shuffle players fairly across the courts, and turn completed games into skill ratings and stats your group actually talks about.

Who's coming & club home

See who's coming before the session and keep everyone on the same page.

Live scoring & fair rotation

Score from your phone on one to four courts — rotations stay fair for the whole group.

Skill ratings & stats

Completed games feed leaderboards, profiles, and stats your club actually talks about.

How it works

One person can run the whole night

No setup committee, no chasing people to download an app. Set your group up once and every session after that is a few taps.

  1. Create your club

Add your players by name — nobody else has to register or install anything.

  2. Start a session

Tick who's here tonight, pick how many courts you have, and go.

  3. Play

PaddlSync suggests fair lineups and you tap in set scores between rounds — everyone sees who's on and who's up next.

  4. End the night

Skill ratings, stats and achievements update themselves, and everyone gets a recap of their night.

Players can claim their profile with their own account whenever they like — their stats are already waiting.

Run sessions live or offline

Score courtside, keep everyone on the same rotation, and let skill ratings update as games finish.

Courtside scoring

Tap winners and scores between games on one to four courts.

Every phone in sync

Same lineups and scores for everyone courtside — no confusion at the bench.

Fair rotation built in

Club night with automatic court rotation keeps the group moving — sets played, sit-outs, and partner variety balanced across every court.

Learn about fair rotation

Late arrivals welcome

Join the shared bench — anyone who has not played yet is prioritised on the next round.

Works offline too

Weak hall Wi‑Fi? Prepare your roster while online, run the session offline, and sync when you're back — ratings and history stay consistent.

The engine underneath

A skill rating that knows who you beat

Everyone starts at 1500. After every completed set your rating moves by the result and by how strong the other side was — beating a stronger pair moves you far more than beating a weaker one, and a narrow loss costs less than a blowout.

That one number quietly works all over PaddlSync

  • Steps into the shuffle when a lineup would be a blowout
  • Drives the club leaderboard and season standings
  • Draws the rating chart on every profile
  • Decides feats like Giant slayer and the season award

Achievements & seasons

Nights that count toward something

Every completed set feeds real achievements — badge tracks that level from bronze to diamond, one-off feats for special nights, and player ranks that grow the longer you play.

Badge tracks, five tiers

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum
  • Diamond

The Wins track alone runs from 10 wins for bronze to 250 for diamond — and there's a track for sets played, skill rating, win streaks and more.

Fresh race every two months

Standings run in two-month seasons, so there's always something to chase. The best eligible player of a season keeps a permanent award on their profile — forever.

We built this for our own weekly group — the stat-checking and season banter that followed is half the reason PaddlSync exists. Read the story

Common questions

Padel club nights, answered

How does padel court rotation work?

The app picks who plays the next set based on sets played, time sat out, and partner variety — so on busy nights nobody gets stuck on the bench while the same four keep the court.

Can PaddlSync manage our whole club?

Yes. Create or join a club with an invite code, manage your roster and roles, open session sign-up, run live sessions, and see club-wide stats — all in one place.

How do skill ratings work?

Everyone starts at 1500. After each completed set your skill rating moves up or down based on the result and who you played. Tougher opponents and surprise wins move the needle more.

How are padel matches scored?

Each match is one set — first to 6 games (win by 2, tiebreak at 6–6), or a short set to 4 for quicker rotation. Tap who won, enter the final games score, done.

Can we find other clubs at our courts?

Yes — opt in to Discover so other signed-in members can see basic info about your club and listed venues. Browse by map or filter to clubs at courts you already use, then connect and propose a cross-club social night.

How much does it cost?

PaddlSync is free for clubs — unlimited players, unlimited sessions, and live sessions on up to 2 courts, with no card details and no time limit. Club Pro (£9.99 a month per club) adds live sessions on up to 4 courts and insight into why ratings changed.

Do my players need accounts?

No. One person can run the whole club — add players by name and start playing. Players can claim their profile later with their own account to follow their stats, and the night runs fine if they never do.
